Condition: good condition although it needs some work. We lived in it for about 1 1/2 years. My husband intended to go through the electrical and propane lines to ensure good working condition before using them as the trailer had been sitting for years prior to our purchase of it. There were a few areas where the wood was bad, so we replaced those. The heater was replaced with a wood stove. The plumbing and refrigerator work. The center plexiglass at the front has been replaced. There is a little water damage from prior to the replacement of the plexiglass.
